RETURN POLICY
Customers can return their orders within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the returned product passes quality checks and will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
To return your product, pack it securely and use a reliable courier service to avoid damage during transit. Please email the shipping details to info@coopoer.com, mentioning your Order ID.
For replacement, initiate a return for the current product and use the store credit or discount coupon provided after the return to place a new order.
Reverse pickups can be arranged for Rs. 100 in cases like "Dislike," "Incorrect Size Ordered," or "Wrong Model Ordered." If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, return shipping charges will be reimbursed after verification.
Defective products require a photo or video for verification. Once confirmed, we will process a replacement or refund.
Proof of purchase (receipt) is mandatory to initiate a return.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds or free replacements can be requested for defective or damaged items within 30 days of delivery.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Guest users must register with the email used for their order to access their account and request a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. You will receive an email notification once the refund is initiated.
To return a product, use the address mentioned on the package. For manufacturing defects, shipping charges will be reimbursed. We recommend using Speed Post or another reliable service, especially for items over Rs. 5000, as it offers tracking and insurance.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account or credit card statement, then contact your bank or credit card provider as processing times may vary. For unresolved issues, email us at info@coopoer.com.
EXCLUSIONS FROM RETURNS
Some items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
Additionally, non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software, and some personal care or health products.
Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition or returned after 30 days.
GIFTS
If an item marked as a gift is returned, you will receive a gift credit. A gift certificate will be sent to you once the return is processed. If the gift wasn’t sent directly to you, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Coopoer® will never request your credit/debit card details or OTP to process refunds. Please do not share sensitive information with anyone.
